Prepares sales plans, buget d cost monitoring for the brokers within his team. Qualifications: college graduate, not more than 45 years old, at least 2 years work expeirnce in boker management preferably real estate or insurance brokerage, thrives in fast-paced sales environment, agressive and results-oriented.
