Currently we are looking for:

 

customer service PROFESSIONALS (SALES)

Responsibilities:
• You'll be assisting people from different countries, providing advice. As a customer service agent, you must be able to handle large volume of inquiries, and navigate the computer, while providing superb customer service.

 

Qualifications:

  • Any 4 year degree course
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic computer operations knowledge
  • An ability to deliver information at customer's knowledge level in an understandable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation

 

*** Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays and working on weekends.
