Study Skills Tutor - Cebu City - experience cebu

I am very much interested and quite excited to apply as a part-time tutor, especially to kids. Tutoring can focus on test-taking techniques, accelerated learning, whole brain note-taking, speed comprehension, super memory for facts/figures, speed math, goal-setting, scheduling, and anything related to academic success. I make studying interesting, exciting and important.

I am passionate about education, personal development and learning strategies and I wish to impart this to young people. My personal dream is to get young people excited or even enjoy studying, then empower them to forge their inborn abilities and finally give them the tools to mold their personality, so that they too can lead and form others. I firmly believe that a "well-formed" (academically and personally) youth is the only hope of our nation.

I have been a good student before. I was a high school valedictorian, and a BS Math Summa Cum Laude graduate (1st ever in the history of the University of the Philippines cebu College). Therefore I believe I have both the knowledge and experience to tutor students on a variety of subjects, not just Math.

More so, I have experience of working as a volunteer tutor at Sugbu Study Center, and have designed course modules for students. I have also delivered personal development and/or learning strategies small talks to young students at the said Study Center. The primary purpose of these talks is to equip young people with the tools to form themselves academically so that they are now prepared to tackle whatever life permits them.

With my qualifications and experience, I believe I am well capable in a variety of subject matters from accelerated learning skills to personal development mastery to academic success and to life success.
